1. Acceptance

By browsing Jotix, creating an account, posting a listing, or sending a message, you accept these terms and the related platform policies.

2. Jotix’s role

Jotix is a classifieds platform. It is not a seller, buyer, payment intermediary, product guarantor, or party to deals between users.

3. Accounts and information

Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for protecting your account.

• Do not impersonate others.
• Do not use your account to harass or deceive.
• Report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Posting listings

Listings must be real, legal, clear, and placed in the right category and city. Jotix may reject or remove listings that break the rules.

• Use real item photos.
• Provide a clear price and description.
• Avoid duplicate or misleading listings.

5. Communication and deals

Buyers and sellers agree directly on inspection, price, delivery, and payment. Keep conversations on Jotix and avoid sharing sensitive information.

6. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, threats, harassment, illegal content, prohibited items, suspicious links, and unauthorized data collection are not allowed.

7. Content removal and account limits

Jotix may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts when rules are violated or user safety is at risk.

8. Limitation of liability

We work to improve platform quality, but we do not guarantee every listing, product, or transaction. Users must verify before deciding.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continuing to use Jotix after updates means accepting the new version.
